Looks very straight for a salvage yard score:TU: I like both your cars! I didn't realize the numbers were so low on the Roadhawks still around. Cool!
Hi guys I am a newbie to the site. I hate to break the thread but I am unable to post in the classified for some reason. so here is the scoop I need a hood and possibly a set of headers for my 73 century with a 455. The hood need not be perfect as I am going to cut a hole in it for a scoop.I would like something in the VA MD DC area but will travel if I have too. thanks for looking.
76 Buick electra Pics.. Here are a few pictures of my 76 Electra..The few things I have done to it are add some options, including passenger side mirror, visor mirror, new skirts, NOS dash clock, rubber floor mats out of another Electra and a few odds and ends. It already had blinker monitors, brake light monitor light, map light, rear defrost "not the fan" and speed alert. I have a different rear bumper going on shortly..Probably this summer sometime..All stock except for the air shocks in the back. they were on their when I bought it..I let the air out thinking the rear end was going to sag to the ground, but it's not to bad..I put the minimum 35 pounds in them and called it good..It has a 350/375 tranny in it. Open rear. I have a 455 ready to go in, but I am enjoying just driving it.:3gears: . Needs paint, but I am not in a hurry..It's not to bad..
76 electra, I have many parts for 75-6 , as I have parted out many, and drive 3. MN plates in wisconsin, new buy or moved to MN? I have trunk badges with plastic and hood ornments with plastic. I drive 2 parkave, and one duce. Also have regal 86, apollo 73, roadhawk 79, and a 2001 century. Nice car, craig
Hey Craig, Yup this is the 76..The MN plates are on there because I am waiting for my plates to come. Those plates pretty much belong to nobody. I just sent in the request for em..Soooooooooo, in about 2 months I should have some WI plates on it.. I bought the car about 2 years ago.. Got most of my parts from you Craig..lol..You the man..I finally got the pod for the remote mirror installed..I found it on Ebay out of a Riviera..Same piece used for the dash..It looks like the Riviera shares the exact same dash almost, if not exactly. Talk to ya later..
P.S. Craig, Keep me in line for a trunk badge and possibly a hood badge..Mine are pretty white, and yours that you did look pretty sweet. Later..
