I purchased this car car from the original owner about 28 years ago and sold it about 25 years ago. At that time it was a very clean and original car. When it left the factory, the car was painted Cortez Gold and was equipped with a 350 2-barrel engine and a bench seat interior. I saw the car for sale about 1 1/2 years ago and it still had the original Cortez Gold paint at that time, but it had a few dents in the passenger fender and door, with primer in various places throughout the body. The original engine had been replaced with a 455 and the bench seat swapped for buckets. As best I remember, that owner still had the original 350 engine available.
