'72 Seatbelt Warning DASH MOUNTED "Fasten Seat Belts" assembly

Just putting some feelers out for a buddy....this would be for the dash mounted "pod" on a '72 GS, etc (I think with rallye guages possibly). This is mounted on top of the dash pad and when lit up reads "Fasten Seat Belts".

I have a few of those but I will have to verify their condition.

 

The fasten seat belt light pod was for rally gauges - and the factory pigtail had wires for it coming off the harness. I added one to my '72 which I found on ebay. If you don't get one off the board check ebay from time to time.

I'm using a seatbelt lamp assembly from a '67 Mustang, which mounts right under the dash and won't warp from sunlight hitting it from above - just an alternative thought

 

Warning light was only used on cars built after 12-31-71 . Thought that might help .

 

73 and 74 Century GS's had them as well...

 

I imagine it is not a buick only option ? If chevy had them also there should be plenty around.

I'll get some better pics tomorrow. been busy with some other matters. On another note you can find these on 1973-75 Olds cutlass with the rally pac and on some 1973-77 Olds cutlass cruiser wagons but the red lens says tailgate ajar rather than fasten seat belts.
