72 centurion Do you have any idea of how I could get it here to milwaukee Wisconsin fairly cheaply? Also would you be willing to take 1000.00 for it plus the shipping? Can I have more pictures sent to georgebulloxlincoln@yahoo.com thanx much.
Whats the driveline? I "might" be interested, but dont put me in line just yet. I have a few too many projects myself.
Actually...... I think the standard engine in the '73 Centurion was the 350-4. The '71 and '72 came with the 455 standard.
Don't bum out yet. Go look at your engine; it may be the 455, which was optional. Check stickers, etc, but if none, I believe the easiest way to tell is the number of bolt holding the valve cover on: 5 for the 455, 6 for the 350.
Oops! Duh! Of course it is, thanks Adam! My bad. I was just looking at a '73 right before I responded to the recent post on this thread, didn't look at the picture again. BTW, Adam: e-mail me your phone number, would like to chat w/ you. sbrmd@aol.com Best regards, Steve.
I'd be buying that in a flash if I didn't just buy another from this board. $ 1500 for a centurion?!! that looks that good! Mmmmm, better talk to the wife again..
Don't get excited, it's a twenty footer. Looks good from 20' away. 34 years of salted winter roads take thier toll. It's a winter beater or a parts car. I think online170 wants it for the power train.
Where is Port Rowan? I live near Buffalo, NY, how far away is it? May be interested if it is not too far :Brow:
centurion Hello can you tell me is the centurion still available, and if so where would I stand in line for it? Could I have more pictures of the interior and engine and any problem areas. thanx much
