I need a 72 455 intake manifold without EGR, with a casting date between mid Feb. to mid March ( B-15 to C-15 ) or as close as I can get to that. The correct casting number is : B 1239925 - 1 (this number is located ahead of the carburetor opening) I would also possibly be interested in buying a complete engine with the same date codes. Tony, That's definately within the time frame on the casting date. I'm not sure if the number after the 1239925 has any significance. Yours has a 2 and the intake I have here has a 1. My guess is it's more than likely a mold cavity #, nothing to do with the actual part #. I may be interested depending on condition, price, and cost of shipping.
