It's a parts car. Looking at the colour of that rust, there's no real metal left. The fenders and wheel wells will all need to be extensively rebuilt. The car hasn't seen a vacuum in years and that interior is pretty much done. As far as I know (and that isn't much) there is no interior support for these cars. This thing looks easier than it will be, it's the hidden surprises when the bondo gets chipped off that will kill any potential this car had.
