Will a '72 fender work?

 

1972 model year front wing will work,
but first you need to share info about the number of side lights.... :Smarty:

As far as I know, '71 and '72 fenders are the same. Mine has the smaller, simple turn signal lens, not the larger "cornering light" lens option. Thanks

 

This car is in a local yard, I don't know if the fender is rust-free, but I'm going there tomorrow (if it doesn't rain) and would be glad to check on it. I've gotten several fenders from them for $50-100, depending on who's behind the counter that day.

What about shipping? It'd be too big to send USPS, and UPS's website quotes me right at $300 :eek2: to Hawaii. Is there a better way?

And shipping to Hawaii is always cheaper compared to shipping from N-America to Europe.

Is petrol also more expensive on Hawaii compared to mainland USA ?

 

I don't know about price, but I heard it takes FOREVER for the gas to come out once you turn the pump on. :laugh:

gas is about $2.40 a gallon and up here. tough to feed a 455....

 

Try US$ 6.80 a gallon.... that's what we are paying. :rant:

 

Rain kept me away from the yard this weekend, but it should be dry this coming Friday, I'll try again.

The ONLY '71 Buick in the entire place is an Electra that's minus it's PS fender and hood.

There is a '72 Electra, would that fender work? o No:
