We just pulled a 71 GS 350 out of our 70 GS to be replaced with a 455. Would any one be interested in any parts on it ? It also has the flywheel and pressure plate, clutch disc are still attached. We need motor mounts for 455 into 70 GS. (frame pads?) I am not sure of terminology. We live around Austin TX. Also looking for headers for 455. Thanks in advance hope this can be helpful to someone. casting # on engine 41h206768 TD 358 engine was DOA so I cant tell you anything about it.
Be interested in the carb. if its a '71. Look for the carb. number on side of float bowl. Need 7041544, Rochester Q-Jet. Let me know.
If no one else has asked yet (and its not blown) , I'd be interested in the complete motor. Intake & carb aren't neccesary, though. PM me w/ a price or post it here & I'll see if I can swing it. Like everyone else, I'm on a tight budget!
