71 Electra DOOR needed!

good lord, i cant find a door anywhere! my last resort is going to bondo to fix the messed up door on my car, but i would rather get a nice straight door and not have to mess with it. anyway, i live in reno, so any place in the sacramento area would be great. i found a fella in texas with one, he was willing to sell it to me for 20 DOLLARS, but the shipping is wayy too expensive.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

2 door or 4???????????????????? I have a set of 4 doors from a 70 if that will help

 

4 door buick! it would be an asspain to ship though all the way from kansas. im going to try my local junkyards tomorrow

 

1970 Electra doors will not work on a 71 Electra...completely different.

COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!? ah well, i found a 71 cadillac deville (or eldorado?) locally. it should work.

I have 4 good doors from a 71 Electra 225.
Maybe it will be fun to experience all the trouble we go through to obtain parts from the States? Do it the other way around, dare to be different.............:laugh:

I was looking at the same doors the other day, but I found that the rear Eldorado doors have a different angle at the back?
Please let me know about your experiences with that door-swap?

My Hollander Interchange Manual doesn't mention the 4dr Eldorado on this one? Maybe because it's a Seventy-Five sub series?
