I am rebuilding a 2004r transmission this summer, or at least I'm going to attempt it. In the mean time, I wanted to give the 700r4 transmission a try. I realize I need to get the adapter plate to make it bolt on to the engine but that's okay. I have a built up TH350 from a Chevy I was going to use it with too. So, anybody have a 700 and torque converter for not too much money? I guess a 2004r is okay too. Thanks,
