    Not mine..

    70 Stage 1 4 speed.
Up for sale is a 1970 Buick GS 455 Stage 1 4 speed Real Sloan documented 1970 Stage 1 4 speed Original trans and rear end are still in the car. The engine is long since gone. The body of the car makes for a really great candidate for a restoration or driver. The frame, floors, inner and outer rear wheel wells, and rockers are all in very good shape. The core support, front inner fender wells, trunk, and lower outer quarters will need to be replaced. I do not have any original engine parts that are not pictured. $28,000

Building and garage door colors look the same so it could be the same location. That GSX is different than the one in the 65K post.

I also seen what looks like an Apollo GSX in the background of the 65K GSX photos, that may show up next.

Painful. Why am I disliking flippers more and more ? Especially when they " strip it and flip it "
There you go boys . I just created new terminology. Feel free to use it.

Very good! Took the steering wheel & tach off the GSX. Who knows what from this one.

Yea, not much to love there really for $28k although is an odd color (Burgandy Mist). Seemingly no bellhousing, clutch fork, Z-bar etc. At least throw a running 455 in it, get the missing 4-sp parts together & and clean it up for that price but I guess they're goin' fishin'.
Just joined on here last week & posted in that thread.
No doubt! Same train of thought here - Makes me feel like I got a deal on mine (& what's it worth?) & @Brett Slater on the one I sold him. I've considered selling mine & now would be the time but I truly enjoy owning it & I'd never get another one - Matching #'s engine/trans., not a basket case, & colors/options (or lack thereof) that I really like.

Even with the #'s matching block, in that condition it's a stretch at that price.

His GSX was bid up to $41k and the reserve wasn't met - Foolish IMHO for not taking that after paying $25k for it 3 mos. ago and taking the tach & steering wheel from it.

Please stop with the whole taking the tach and steering wheel theory that was created. It did not come with those items. The other X we have is a complete car that’s never been apart/needing those items.

Once again I am open to offers on it. You have to start somewhere and I am in no means in a rush to give away this 70 Stage1 4 speed car they aren’t growing on trees anymore fellas. It’s actually a really restorable car that unfortunately the previous owner windowed the block back in the 70’s here are some shots that should show this one is saveable.

If that's true, I'll publicly apologize. I know someone who was seriously considering buying the car & he told me those items were w/the car.

Hell they are all saveable. I'm not being mean and I know you can ask any amount u want. But. No matter how much money you put into this one it will never be a number matching car. I know it could and should run and drive the same as a numbers matching car.......
But so would any Skylark with a big block in it.

At this price for what this car needs to do it back te new owner could go buy one and drive it tomorrow. Not 2-5 years from now........now i know there are many ppl that just like the project......but I think at this price its a hard sale......but good luck, I hope someone puts the time into it cause it won't get better on its own and they are not making any more

No need to apologize but yeah it did not come with those things. It’s unfortunate that I have to find those pieces now lol.

Here ya' go Frank. It kinda needs a trunk floor:). I'd have to see the pass floors on a lift or w/o the carpet. Would sure be a neat car done but a long haul to get there. Might as well just buy the one in OH for $3k - I've got orig. sheetmetal on hand to fix either one. 240491823_4232966503424498_7196666485613338404_n.jpg

{ to seller} might be a good idea to spend a hour pulling the seats and carpet and take some good pics of complete floor pan. if it is nice and solid you might have better luck:). people and buyers ALWAYS will think worse case scenario of a car without good/complete pics.
