I hear tell on this board that someone (stage-x) had reproduced the small rubber diaphram that goes between the master cylinder and the booster. We were a bit rough on mine today when changing the M/C for the new disks. Is there another reason it might have torn? The car stops so much better even without the full power. Another question, what would I notice better by changing the proportioning valve? I have searched on the BB but found no other answers. Have I not looked long enough? o No: Thanks
The later prop valves are called combo valves. If you have the square drum brake version, you need the hold-off valve. That valve, prevents the fronts from working a short time so the rears can work.
