Very nice, any interior shots Rick? Orginal block,if not what year? What size tires and wheels? Thanks.
The car does not have the original block and I have no idea what year it is. The fronts are 225-70-15's on a 15 x 7. The rears are 275-60-15 on 15 x 8's. Here's a picture of the interior.
Is red its orig color? If not ,what was?Tach dash? How are the body panels, orig or new quarters, trunk floor, etc?Laquer cracking yet? Thanks,Paul
Paint code 63 desert gold. There is an aftermarket VDO tach in the spot where the factory tach belongs. All the body panels line up perfectly, It had a 1/4 panel replaced in the mid 90's when it was restored. the other 1/4 is original to the car. The trunk is 100% solid. The paint on this car is 17 years old and looks brand new. I'm meticulous about all of my cars, this car has been lovingly cared for, Which is why i want to sell it. You see i have storage issues.( Another story on this board) I'm surprised no one has called me about this car,I feel that if someone looks at this car they'll see it's worth what i'm asking for it . Thanks for looking.
Thanks Rick for the reply. The car does really sound like a nice piece, and a fair price for a turn key, real GS.I must say, since I have joined this forum I have seen numerous cars for sale that were def a good deal not sell and hang around the cars for sale section for a long time, and am suprised that for a site where members eat, breath, and poop Buicks that noone scoops them up.But yet,in the parts section, crazy money for NOS trim/sheetmetal,stage1 carbs/distributers,70 GS fan shrouds, etc.????? Now myself experiencing it with my turn key, race ready 69,and can't sell it for $7,500 with all the good stuff that is in the car, plus extras?????Yet,people still shell out thousands to build a new motor, when you could have just bought mine that is tried and true. The most uneasy time is the start-up and break in of a new motor, ntm, the first few times you take it down the track!!!! Anyway, wanted to get the basics of your car,as I am not all that far from you, maybe my interest would spike.Thank you,Paul
I wasn't looking so I missed this ad.If I had seen it,marriage be darned,I would have bought it . The nicest non stock street GS I've seen without question. Ray,my hat is off to you.Thank you for the opportunity to look over and massage her,if only for a little while :ball: .
X2 - Dave you lucky dog! Hey Ray - Maybe I should test drive it too just to be sure its the one... Congrats! - Bill

Thanks, for your hospitality, Rick. Your car just wasn't the right one for me but, it will be a great GS for the right guy. Good luck with the sale.
