Okay guys, I have to say I'm pretty pissed off about these calipers. I bought two different pairs of brake calipers from two different companies and both of them don't have the ring grooves on the caliper surface that the crush washer smushes against, which is causing my brake hose to leak. Guys, who else has this problem?? I just heard of these stat o seal washers that are supposed to be good. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Make sure the bolt isn't too long, I've seen the bolt bottom out just before oh rd it gets tight enough to seal

The Banjo Bolt is perfect and I tried several banjo bolts anyway.

If you have rebuilt calipers you may need to add an extra copper washer to either side of the hose/bolt assembly to achieve sealing. I have done this more than once or twice.
I have also had "burrs" on the surface of some new banjo bolts which would ruin the copper washer and prevent sealing a couple times. I just pitched the bolts and replaced them.
