"Used NOS" (i.e. flat top) Small dent from bumper impact (hardly noticeablein pic). I thought at one time I saw another small dent but I can't find it so if it's there it must be minor. Wheel lip is good all the way around. Small amount of rust at bottom of outer skin. Could be fixed w/o buying a patch. Flange where bolts to cowl is good/bracing is very good. Very fixable/useable piece. If I didn't have others, I'd keep/fix/use but I have more than I'll ever need. $275. Located near Baltimore, MD. Would rather not ship but will consider. No firm travel plans but possibe delivery to New England, NC, western PA, Nationals (Spring), Beaver Springs (summer).
