"Used NOS" (i.e. flat top) Chemically stripped - Some/bunch of surface only rust. Small amount of rust at bottom of outer skin. Flange where bolts to cowl is very good. Could be fixed w/o buying a patch. Bracing is very good. $200. Located near Baltimore, MD. Would rather not ship but will consider. No firm travel plans but possibe delivery to New England, Carolinas, western PA, Nationals (Spring), Beaver Springs (summer).
