Folks- I recently purchased a skylark that has an aftermarket fiberglass GS hood. I would like to add some stainless trim on the rear of the hood lip at the cowl as it is currently missing. I understand that the fiberglass may be a bit too think to accept an oe trim piece. Does anyone have any ideas for something to install there? I was thinking maybe some 3M chrome soft molding but Id prefer a stainless alternative if there is one. I have a few original ones but not sure if they would fit the thickness of your fiberglass hood. If you need a original one PM me.
