This guy must have bought a "franken-Buick" and has only just realised it. Probably trying to earn his money back. Biggar is in the middle of no-where, no idea where a Wildcat would even come from unless it was from Regina. I'd have a serious look underneath, but generally speaking my experience with Saskatchewan cars has been pretty positive; most are gravel-shot as opposed to rusted out with salt.
