Clutch is pretty gone. Tried to adjust it and its already at its max. Any good ideas of a good clutch set to buy. 400 is pretty much stock from what i know. Shorty headers, hei, build 800 cfm quadrajet, new auburn posi.
Local shop top me put a stage 3 then that he wants 1200. So i called my shop that rebuild my auto th400 and he told me 700 depending on the clutch. Just want a good 1. Im not a rubber burning guy but i would like the opportunity if i decided to lol.. m21 has m22 grars if that makes any difference. Glueless on transmissions. Any help is greatly appreciated

Centerforce Dual Friction. I really like mine. It’s also easy on the leg.

I would use a quality stock replacement. Without slicks I doubt you'll need more.

Hays Street Strip is a good street use clutch. Orange in color.
I use the Centerforce Dual Friction in my Pure Stock/BSA racer.
