I hope this helps someone else... I had searched all over this site and the web for a COLOR wiring diagram for the '69. Best I could get was a '68.
SO... after about 45 hours of pain-staking, meticulous and tedious work, I made the attached color wiring diagram for the '69 Skylark/GS model. I had to convert it to a JPG file to upload it. I drew it as a BMP file so if it's not clear or you want it as a clearer BMP, send me an email and I'll get it out to you.

    Hope it helps someone...

And this is the under-hood diagram for my car, individually. It includes modifications for: throttle-mounted trans. kick-down switch, direct-powered Hella headlights, dual 40 -amp relays for the dual Derale electric fans with Derale adjustable thermostat (bottom left of diagram), five 40-amp relays (top of diagram- R-1 is high-beams, R-2 is low-beams, R-3 is key triggered positive for various and sundry things, R-4 and R-5 are mounted for future use), Speedhut gauges, Dual-tone Wolo 320-2t 115-decible horns and 200-amp, internally regulated large-frame alternator.
Obviously, some wiring is modified, spliced and/or added to but stock harness is intact.
    Again, hope it helps someone...

    P.S. Remember: Solder DON'T crimp!

And if it helps anyone, the attached is the wiring diagram for a two-speed, wiper-washer switch. It's not a big deal until you have a bad one and are trying to figure it out...
    Hope it helps...

Wilwood's site doesn't have these instructions. When I got mine, I converted the instructions to a PDF in case anyone needs them.
