Just a note, that would be 69 only, not 68/69. Functional ram air hood was not available on a 68, unless you ordered a dealer-installed kit that hooked up from the cowl scoop and thru the firewall and into the back of the air cleaner. STILL haven't seen anyone come up with a photo of such a kit installed on a car...
Have good used 69 Stage one hood for 69, also trunk lid. Located in Rockford Ill. area, about 75 miles from Chicago, I will not ship, pick up only. A little rust on underside, includes hood letters, and vents. @ $200.00. Pictures on request. Jim Schilf palbuick
hey dave, is there any kind of diagram of this set up in any of your service manuals? i would be curious to see what the basic idea is for this, kinda like a cowl induction type set up?
