My top motor runs for 30 seconds or so and then stops. After 30 seconds or so it runs again. I changed the motor last year because of this problem and the new motor does the same thing. Now that it's getting warmer I am ready to mess with it again. I took the back seat and well liner out this morning. After the motor shuts down it is cool to the touch. Hopefully someone has an idea what the problem is.ray:
Maybe, this will help. I had a '73 Olds 88 Conv. My Dad had a '75 Olds 88 conv. They each, had on the fuse block; A rectangular circuit breaker. upon overload the circuit breaker would trip. After the breaker cooled off; the breaker would reset itself. The breaker was on the circuit for; the windows and top.
