'69 225: Delay of window operation?

    Maybe this is a "feature"? I have a Buick Electra 225 Custom convertible with 59k miles. None of the windows will work for the first few minutes of operation. After 2-5 minutes, boom. They work.

    If I turn off the car and then restart it, same thing.

    So, is this a failing relay or something? What needs fixin'?

    P.S. Is there a 3rd lapbelt in the back of a 69' 225?

    Try to bypass the relay and see if they work... I don't see what else could possibly cause that.
