    I'm not sure if you figured out how to make the spring and the contact stay in the canceling cam, but the tiny hollow plastic tube part slides inside the long tube after you install the spring and contact. You have to be careful that you don't have a worn out tube though as the spring will shoot the contact into the back seat if you are not careful (or your eye). The sport wheel uses the same set-up as the standard wheel from what I can tell. Also, the canceling cam I have (new) needed to be opened up slightly as it didn't want to slide over the center shaft and fully seat in the hub/signal part. There is also different length tubes on the cams as well. I should have taken pics when I put mine together, but after I shot my contact into the back seat twice, it was game on. :rant:

    Yep, got it all together. Using the newer style cancel cam that has the cutout in the tube end to hold the retainer, and the new pin/spring/retainer kit from GM.

    I'm glad they didn't make it ant harder to assemble those parts than they did.

    I had the Grant wheel off a few years ago, and that was a bigger pain to reinstall than this sport wheel.
