..BETTER than many... and perhaps NOT as good as some..nevertheless,, this is a FACTORY DISC BRAKE, 3:08 10 bolt open rear, decent convertible BOXED chassis from a 71 Lark. It is relatively solid. The frame rails are very good...even the core support area that is always rusted out is GOOD! There are no rust holes in the usual places, however, it does have some "deckled edges" OF RUST along the driver REAR SECTION and a few of the body mount holes are a little rusty....this chassis my be better than yours? and IF SO, I'll make you a deal!! and IF NOT...it is a nice roller that could be used for 'sectionals' or perhaps as a roll around the shop while your chassis gets a face lift? Either way, thanx to this forum...this chassis is ALL I HAVE LEFT of this car!!! $450. AND...for the cost of fuel, possible delivery to the 5 southeastern states is always an invited option. So... Talk. To. Me! :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
I wish I had a car to put this under because this is a deal. The disc brake conversion will set you back 600 alone. I bet you can car dolly this, and pull it with your minivan. Good Luck Wheelz! Who had the gorgeous black GS that needed a frame?
OKLAHOMA? hmmm.. thats a bit far ...but may consider it if no one closer needs it. My mom-in-law lives in Okmulgee and the family owns a ton of property in Talahqua (sp?) ATLANTA?....Oyea,...THATS much more like it... EITHER WAY....I would prefer for you or someone to give this chassis a "second set of eyes" BEFORE COMMITTING...Id feel much better...:TU: Good buddy George Nenadovich lives just minutes from me.... THEN...once it has been determined whomever wants it, SHOW ME THE MONEY AND we'LL work out fuel compensations for delivery. :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
OOOPs I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the wheels/tires that are on this chassis are my own rollers...so, I will slap on some cheap, old-rickety tries for the delivery!:spank: HOPE this doesnt cause a problem with the interested parties? ou: :beer Wheelz, Tampa Bay
BRANDON? . . . MIKE?....any of you guys seriously interested? Lets talk!!..I need it moved soon. ThanX! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Wheelz, I would buy the chassis, but there is no way I have time to meet you somewhere or come to Florida to pick it up this summer. So if you're coming to Oklahoma, bring it with you. Although, I don't think I'd go that far to see my mother-in-law. ou: Otherwise send it on to Atlanta. Thanks,

Dennis, How does the crossmember bolt to that frame? It must take a special crossmember I assume. Do you have it?
