Who is recognized as the best aftermarket suspension supplier for these years of GS's? Also what is the best street set up for a moderate GS 350 auto? 360HP approx. I have my motor out and may as well do it now, I know I will wish I had if I don't.

What parts are you looking for? Front end? Rear suspension?
For a stock or polyurethane upgrade it is hard to beat a kit from PST or Just Suspension. They both advertise in Car Craft and Hot Rod. They can provide a full kit at a pretty reasonable price.
I hope to see you at one of the shows soon....I still owe you a ride!:3gears:

    Scooter,
I swear I was just looking at your E-Mail address yesterday. I still have not experienced the TORQUE!!! As far as what I am looking for, I do not know. I think I am going to keep my stock upper and lower front A-arms. I have stock four wheel drums and am leaning towards a front disc conversion, but just a stock type upgrade. When I get done, if my plans hold true, My car will appear 100 % stock other than period correct Cragar SS 14" rims. I read an old thread that definitely lead me towards Moog premium rubber bushings as opposed to poly. The thread said to use sway bars to avoid body roll yet keep rubber to avoid harshness in overall ride. My car is a local car show cruiser, not a pro touring racer. I want Mom to get groceries! So, after input, I envision springs, shocks, and bushings all around. Control arms for the rear. Still not firm and looking for input. All keep in mind that I do not have that stump puller 455 and it's torque to deal with! Just a little 350 but it is still a BUICK !!!!!! I dont care how much parts cost, Buick all the way!!!

See you soon, SBP455, and thanks in advance for any other advice coming my way from anybody else.

I know mine's a 67, but I went with a PST front suspension rebuild kit, but I opted for the polygraphic, because I like to take the corners. It's an awesome kit. It replaces everything except the centerlink, if I'm remembering correctly. I also have front and rear swaybars (1 1/4 in the front and 1 1/8 in the rear, and Hotchkis "Ground Zero" 1" drop springs, because my Skylark cornered like the Love Boat and felt like the bumpers were going to scrape everything I turned.
As far as the rigidity of the ride, I agree that the polygraphite lets you feel more of the bumps on the road, and I also think you should go with the rubber bushings. You might want to check your rim size if you're going to swap to front disc brakes, because I think 14" wheels don't clear the disc brake calipers.
Good luck, and I hope my input helped.
