I got Supreme wheels today for my Buick four door and it looks like the front drums are aluminum. Is that possible? Were they made for the rear also? If they were, where can I get them?

I assume you mean the original drums on your car? Yes, there were aluminum front drums on some models/years. Don't know about a 68 4dr.

All '68 Buick full size cars had 90 fin aluminum front drums (with steel inserts), and the rear drums were cast steel.
Repro aluminum drums are not available as stated, but they can be refurb'd. :TU:
