67 Skylark GS full quarter panel RH

I came across this right side replacement quarter panel for a 67 GS. It is a full length quarter. GM factory part so I am told. I am not sure what it is worth. The code stamped in the upper right quarter near the sail panel is 2W8. Has the sticker inside it still but it is worn so you can't read it....He is older and tough to deal with. It took 10 years for him to even let me look in his yard. he had 20-30 Buick GS cars and Skylarks and sold them all for scrap last year. He never called me!!ou: You guys can let me know your thoughts and what its worth. I will make him an offer if anybody is serious....He just laughed at my $200!!

Yes. That plus dirt..been in one of his buildings since 1980's. I pulled it out and took pics...no damage that I see.

 

He didn't give you any price at all? I'm sure he'll want way more than $200.

 

No...he's tough. If you have a price in mind,I can run it by him. I saw a few on Ebay over the years but they were crazy. I think that there are a few on there now...He told me that he has a few other 67 parts left but thats about it. I am supposed to stop by there tomorrow to look at what is left.

 

I think there's a pair on ebay now for $5,000. Nicer, NOS condition but that's crazy money! Tell him what you think you can afford I guess. How bad do you want it? $500?

 

I can get this quarter panel for $500 if anybody is interested. Also has a set of nice 67 fenders, console , black column,and a set of NOS 67 headlight bezels. Maybe a few more odd parts too.

 

May be interested in the fenders if they aren't rotted. Also the console. Pix and price?

 

Fenders are $250 each. Console is 200 with both 2 speed and 3 speed shifter plates. No shifter. I'll post pics later today

 

I line. If Todd moves out I would be interested in the front fenders pending pics.

Rick, I have a set of NOS I purchased from GSFRED for my 67. I could probably pull part numbers off them if you needed.

 

For some reason,my reply posted twice. One bezel is in the box and the other is still wrapped in the factory plastic. I may have a trunk chrome that will be sold if the current sale of my 67 parts car on here doesn't sell to another member. I am giving him a while longer to decide. Has rust on the inside of the Drivers fender..inner support ribs as shown. None on the outside of either one. Pics do not do these any justice..

 

Here is a pic of the back side of the right side. The left is sealed in the plastic and I don't want to tear it open..A little dirty from sitting..

 

Ok. Good to know. I'm glad to have learned something new. Just seeing if I could help somebody out on here. I'll make sure to stress that they are Skylark only!
