These are complete with spindles, steering arms, backing plates, brake innards. They were painted long ago so face/fins never corroded, and they have been stored indoors for many years by person I got them from. I applied paint stripper and only wire brushed by hand, so imagine what some glass beading would do. No corrosion pits! The liners are really nice, no grooves or outer ridge.
