I was confirming the 3.42 limited slip axle on my Riv by the PY letter code under the driver side axle tube and noticed another stamp which I had never noticed on a Riv before. The stamp is N 33 and it is in proximity to the PY stamp. I am assuming this is a date code. I have Duanes book but it does not specifically call out this type of code for an axle. Any input is appreciated. All I could deduce is; would the N be for "night" shift and 33 be the 33rd day of year? Thanks PS Duanes decoding book is awesome and worth every penny. For so many years I've been looking at some of the more obsure numbers without a clue as to what they meant. I have been enlightened:beer
