I have a tilt/telescopic steering column from a 66 Cadillac Fleetwood that I am going to modify to use in my 67 Riviera. Does anyone out there have a 66 Cadillac chassis or body manual that shows how to disassemble the column, or an exploded view that shows all the parts? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Randy
GM columns don't easily interchange from 1966 to 1967. That's when they went to the new energy absorbing collapsible columns and mounting systems.
I know, but it's what I have handy so I am going to use it. Right now I just need info on how to get it all apart without damage to any of the internal components. Thanks for the response, Randy
