'65 Wildcat Badging

Anyone recognize or can anyone read what the badging is below the "Wildcat" emblem in this picture? Here is the ebay auction. There appears to be one on the passenger side too. Look at the other pics in the auction. o No:

Now that I look carefully at the passenger side, I do see the red of a marker light. I'm guessing not stock since I've never seen one?

....stuff to buy?....as in another car or just parts?

I have seen a 65 LeSabre with a "400" badge below the LeSabre script. Havnt seen one on a Wildcat though.
