65 skylark GS parts needed

Trying to finish my dad's final project and take him for a ride in it. Looking for:

Must haves:
Steering column (floor shift)
gas tank

Like to haves:
window crank handles
seat belts

Jim when I needed lap belts for the rear of my 65 the local parts store had some nice black generic ones for less than $10/ea

 

OK no column sorry its a column shift I have
