Howdy, Does anyone have any pictures of a roll cage, NHRA legal of course, in a 65 Riviera? I always thought 'cages in pillarless cars look stupid but I'm willing to see if someone has done it and what it looks like. Thanks,
With the new NHRA rules, you're good to 11.50 without a cage if you have an unaltered firewall. How quick do you plan to run?
600 hp in a 65 Riv coming out of a turbo 6 instead of a nailhead. I think that will be me deep in the 11's if not more and I know the production 4.1 block I'm using might let go if I ever get nasty with it so I might be going Stage I or TA block in the future and I don't want to not have considered making considerably more power than 450hp I'll make on the street.
