Thanks Scott, but no, Nailheads are Ford patterned like the one already in my '64 Riviera. I need GM patterned one like you'd find on a SBB car to match the engine I'm putting in (a Turbo6).

Heres a pic of the pan,its still on the engine of course but is in very good shape.Of course the oil pickup will be perfect too as this is a running engine.....I have to get the radiator from my brothers farm probably Monday and send you a pic of it.....Just tell me what the oil pan and pickup is worth to you and I am sure it will be yours, hope I can help out.........Thanks........Bruce

Is that engine out of a '64 LeSabre? Its a unique pan design to fit the X-frame and the centerlink that runs under the rear main cap. I'm comparing the picture of it to my nailhead pan and its not looking like it would clear the centerlink or the idler and pitman arms.

I am sorry I did not know there was a differance and never thought the Lesabre would be differant than the Lark.Someone here can hopefully help you out after my Bungle Job.........Again sorry but I thought I could help, maybe the pickup is differant too but if it is not I would just give you that for free if it will work for you....Bruce.

Its cool, you aren't the first one to make that mistake and I didn't spend any money yet. I have one of those pans already so I know it'll never clear. The pickup might be different but no sense robbing one from a complete engine.
