This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

Brian, if these are on a '70 8.2 3.42 rear end, does that mean it was originally from a 4-speed car?

    Hawken,
I know the Cutlass/442’s from the same era had them on the 4-speed cars. I obviously have not owned every GS,but my automatic cars did not have them, and my 4-speed car does,so I think Buick followed the same suit.

If Dano passes I will take them.

Buick used them on all 455 cars - I was pretty sure on that but just checked the assy manuals for '70-72 and that's the case. Wagons also got a spacer but it's a different part #.
They are present & accounted for on my car so I'll jump out if Andrew needs them. Otherwise, I'd still take them.
