Well, the purchase price is about what it cost to rechrome it, so the seller is probably already in the hole on this. This looks gorgeous, too bad there weren't any more pictures. I almost bought one of these things back in 1981; - it obviously wasn't anywhere near as nice as this but it was mostly there. At the time the cost to restore it was way over my pump-jockey paycheque, so I passed on it. Looking at this one, maybe I should have bought it...
