'56 Speedometer

Hi all,

I'm finally getting around to fixing the speedometer on my '56 Century. The odometer works perfect which leads me to believe the cable is good. The cylinder inside just spins. The fast I go, the faster it spins. If the car is stopped and I let it roll, then hit the brakes, it will move a little.

Any ideas?

Needs to be rebuilt. Not cheap & don't dream about finding something good used.
