that one brings back some childhood memories - dad bought in late 60's , about same shape and colours (not pinstripes rally wheels) for $50 first car i remember getting to go on the check it out phase - talk a bout great in the snow - after a heavy storm just about every car on our dead end road was stuck - including 2 tow trucks trying to get cars out of the way for the plow - Dad went out fired that old Buick up drive down the back alley up the street and started pulling car free.
sounds like my dads's 1st car, '56 4-dr Chevy belair, he had studded snow tires on it and drove like a tank in the snow and ice.
The door panels, gravel guards (rear fenders), and the gold center on the grill bar say it's a Roadmaster. But the hood (trim) and the trunk are from a Super.
A look at the dome light(s) will tell the tale. Super has one dome light in the center Roadmaster has twin dome lights on each rail at the window tops. The starter switch has a replacement under dash. It's parked with gear selector in gear. With wheel stops under the tires. The ad says it needs a motor and transmission. Are they the eng/trans not operable or not existing? The Buick 350 will not work with the original torque tube and rear axle Roadmaster or Super, $12,500 is too much if the 350 engine and trans are included !!
