Well here is my first post here, not my first kill but first one i will post. See, we wanted to figure out who had the fastest rig at school before we graduated. Of course, all the rice guys were really cocky. So here is the funny part. My friend with a primered 55 Chevy PIckup, and a stock 402 Big Block out of a 72 chevy pickup runs the fastest ricer. A mid nineties Prelude with a cold air intake, heaDER, and a fart tip (of course). Well this was just pitiful, the chevy had him by5-6 car lengths no problem. So the rice guys started making excuses, (ie. my spark plugs are bad, then they came up with the timing was off......right.....just admit it, your car is slow). Anyway, with that over it was between me and the 55. (mine is a stock nailhead with a meesly 115-120 plbs of comp. by the way). Off the line i instantly jump him by about a buick length, mostly because mine hooks up better, from there he stayed right at my back bumper. So, the Buick, is officially the fastest car in high school my senior year!:TU: :laugh: :beer
Nice kill Gotta love the old iron putting people in their place. I havent done much racing in a while, but in high school I had a 68 Skylark 350 2 barrel and smoked a pos Mustang with all the works added on, except for a good engine. Hopefully once I get my 'Cat up and running I'll be able to take her for a few runs down the local race track. Happy hunting:beer
