4bbl intake manifold

    Thank you for your response. I would probably say iron but will aluminum work w/ iron heads and what would be the benifit? rickli@adelphia.net

    They made two intakes for that engine. In 64 they had a high performance engine with al stuff like the intake. A member here did have that engine for sale. Al heads too I think. Mike Lynch is the member.

    You have to use the iron intake with the iron heads, and the AL intake with the AL heads. The block and bottom end of the engine is the same for both setups.

    4 V intake

    I have one I took off of a 66 300 buick motor and am not going to use it. It was in a 67 skylark and I looked up the motor numbers and it was a 66 300 ci. I dont have the carb as it was missing when I purchased the car. I dont know what the thing is worth asI am a big block guy. Make me an offer.

    Scott: I'm not sure if I responded to you but I am interested in the manifold.
    Do you know if it will work with a 65 300 ci motor?
