hey guys.. what does a dressed 455 weigh? also what does a short block weigh I'm looking to pick up a 455 and give it a mild rebuild (to replace my 350) but the only place i have to rebuild it is my 2nd floor apt with no elevator.... nate

Interesting what I have read other places is that the big Cad weighted about the same as the 455 Olds or between the Olds and the Pontiac. I have mine out right now with all pulleys belts and AC attached I might have to see if I can get it weighed.
