455 torque specs with arp studs

    Can you provide me with the correct ARP stud and bolt torque for mains, rods and heads for my 455.

    Sorry for the late reply, I never notice stuff this far down in the forum :pp

    Rods: 50-55 ft-lbs
    Mains: 100 ft-lbs
    Heads: 100 ft-lbs
