455 Stage 1 motor $300?

I can't look at it until Wed. so I didn't bother to check it out. Perhaps somebody else has the time? It's in St. Croix Wisconsin.

 

Checked out the numbers by phone...it's NOT a stage1.
The dude said he just called it a stage1 because it's a Buick 455uzzled: :spank: and one of these:blast:

He said it was a '70. And from the casting number it could be. It did not have numbers on the deck.
It did have the distributor and had a number I did not recognize

 

I talked to him also and ran the numbers off the block and heads, it is a 73 block with 73 heads.
He has no clue what a stage 1 is!:spank: .
