Looking for a 455 shortblock or longblock with forged pistons. Dont want anything bored more than 30 over. 9.5:1 to 11:1 comp. Also would be interested in a complete engine if someone is upgrading to a new one. Located in Illinois. Thanks :beer
Hello I still have a NOS short block, believe it is 1973 block. Cosist of pistons w/ rings, rods, crank. I had the block cleaned of cosmoline and reassembled by machine shop. $1100 firm Also have complete 1976 455 with 400 turbo(long shaft) Complete from fan to trans , air cleaner to oil pan, $450.00 Located just outside of Rockford, ILL.
