i have r45 a/c plugs but with 12-1 comp and iron heads dont i need r43's can anyone suggest a good plug to run?and a source for them.

R45 should be gasketed plugs, i beleive you need R45TS for the tapered seat. You can choose to get them shorter (i beleive the T stands for extended tip) but you need tapered seat.
I have 12.5 to 1 comp also with Iron heads, and use r43ts Delco plugs, have been using them since 2000 in the race car.
