    Interested.

Did these come off your GSX? What are the breather fittings used for? Any dents? What are they coated with?

    Thanks!

They did not come off the GSX. I bought them a while back for a different project that I never finished. They were used and coated when I got them. I am not sure if it is a coating or painted but it is shinny like it has been coated. There is one small dent on passengers side second tube. Other than that I do not see any dents. There are a couple places that the painting/coding has been worn off. The connections were for some type of breathing system used with a moroso oil pan. I do not know very much about the connections and I have never used the headers.

Mark the hedders have crankcase evac tubes in them. For a racing engine ytou need to remove pressure in the crankcase and these utilize a set of breather caps and hoses from the valve covers to the hedders. The exhaust makes a vaccum as it flows past those one way valves on the tubes on your hedders. This is a good system to either eliminate a PCV or augment it.

    John,

Thank you for the explaination. I am not that familiar with it and that helps a ton.

I have recieved a PM on the headers and will be working with that person on the sale of the headers.
