4 speed parts search continued

Making progress, still need the following for the 70 350 Converision.

-Clutch rod ( Pedal to Z Bar )
-Clutch Fork
-350 ball stud
-back-up light switch
-Reverse lock out rod and bracket.
-Original style hurst shifter

Any leads, information appreciated.

Dave Kleiner @ GS Enterprises (608) 763-2076 is working on a reproduction original style HURST shifter handle.

 

OPG's latest catalog lists the backup light switch (in the "new Parts" section).

The shift mechanism used in many Olds 442's is identical to the setup used in Buick's except for the "442" in place of "Hurst" on the lever. Olds parts tend to be very cheap (I got a perfect shifter setup including all of the linkage for free and it is virtually identical to the setup in my GSX). You can always replace the lever when a good reproduction or a good used one becomes available.
