I would ship it at the buyers expense. You could send it through a company like Fastenal and it probably would not be that expensive.
Someone surely needs this. This is under half price of what it would cost to build something like this.
Damn! This would be badass in my Opel(see avatar) It has a stock 30 over 350 with a mild cam. I have an SP-3 sitting on the shelf. Tempting for sure.
I can't believe you still have this. I will need an engine for a project but I'm probably a year away (or more). It's been a long time since I've worked with a SBB but this one would make a sweet combo. I'm thinking about it.....
I'm interviewing for a much better paying job than my current one tomorrow. If I end up getting the job it I may be able to actually buy this haha!
I am not sure what shipping out be, but I am sure we could find a reasonable way to get it there. Fastenal seems to ship stuff pretty cheap
Is this a complete motor or is it a short block that needs heads and an intake? I see pictures posted by others but I'm not sure where this ended up. I'm a few hours from St Louis. I could come get it if it suits me. I was looking for a set of big valve heads for a 350 since I'm going to have to pull the heads off my 350 to get the 48-year-old bolts out of the heads to put headers on it.
This is just for the short block. I have a pretty nice set of iron heads too that I'd make a package deal for. I don't want to sell the heads before the short block though.
The heads are stock 350 Buick casting, they have solid bronze guides that are converted to 5/16 guide size, undercut stainless valves, titanium retainers, springs set up for the solid cam. They have been surfaced, a fresh valve job, and a bunch of port work done to them. They are a pretty nice set of 350 heads.
