I have a set of new 350 30 over buick pistons. there low comp I was told 8,8.5 to 1. I need to sell them or trade them for a set of STD 10to1 forged 350 pistons I have a set of 30 over but need 1 piston. I might trade for some forged 300/340 pistons any size. If not I want $300 plus shipping. i get get a pic in the next day or so drop me a line and lets go from there or call 209 535 6968

If you truly have a set of FORGED low comp .30 over 350 pistons then I am interested..

This could take a bit because I will have to get someone much more knowledeble than I involved..

I guess Glen is first in line..

I'm going to try to figure out a way to verify that they are in fact forged..

Thats odd paid for forged and look just like all the other 455 and even the buick 350 10 to 1 pistons forged pistons Ive used. there machined like forged and the TRW box even is 8-L2431F-30. look just like the 455 ones I have out side in the cabinet. There forged. Ill post a pic of the box and look for the paper work and go from there. I though I could tell the difference but it wont be the first time Ive been wrong about something I though i knew

I would love to score some forged pistons I could use for a later build but even if they are forged, are they correct for a 72 block??

It concerns me as well that they are only listed for 75-77 350 and I also found them listed for a 231..

I wonder if the pin height is different and would not give the proper compression??

    PISTON SET Part Number: L2431-STD

Forged or not, I'm going to have to pass. If they're forged, though, they're a sweet deal! :TU:
